It is said that good health comes in all sizes, because they can be with a few extra kilos and maintain a healthy life if we do aerobic exercises like running, jumping rope or just running in the step.
Better life expectancy

The chance of having a long life is higher if we make any kind of physical activity, even when the weight is held is high, unlike those who, despite maintaining its ideal size is greater likelihood of death.

It can be difficult at first for people “gorditas” get to run instantly, so it is advisable to first hike but are fast enough for there to cardiac stress.
We recommend starting modestly

It is recommended for obese people to start with moderate exercise at least 30 minutes a day, if you maintain this routine nearly every day, it would be possible to be obese and also maintain good health, they express such studies by a science teacher and exercise, Steven Blair.

Apparently, not so bad to spend a few pounds over your ideal weight (study your BMI), but definitely need to know care, helping with exercise cardiovascular (running, swimming or spinning), and address how to eat healthier – I suggest the Mediterranean diet or the Atkins Diet.

Among the problems and causes of obesity can always find the lifestyle is a determinant of this, because a person with bad habits of health, or are not looking for this, it damages your body because they do not we only causes this disease.

Recently it has sought to investigate how it affects the body of the people who are overweight, as has been observed as a combination of factors and styles of eating and physical activity are the main determinants of obesity.

The human adaptation and knowledge of other cultures have changed the lifestyle of many people, not necessarily improving them, but as often happens just adopting the styles that affect the body negatively.

Not only with the acceptance of fast food companies that do not consume if not making it prone to obesity in a population is not ready for this, where it currently has to take into account the problems of lack of supply coupled with dietary excesses.

The important thing is that you consider that despite the industrialization of food also now have greater access to information that can help you improve your nutritional status, know and nurture, not just eat to eat, that is what has caused the problem, together with a sedentary lifestyle.

You must find a balance if you are currently overweight and obesity to help you improve and maintain a healthy lifestyle

Among the countries with highest obesity rates are the United States of America and Mexico but not far from them is Spain, this gives us a hint how are the problems of obesity in the world and how fast food field has gained in our country.

Not long ago the Mediterranean diet was the power base but has now been replaced by fast food because you have accessibility to it, whether at the supermarket or on any burger.

Quite apart from our obesity statistics are Korea and Japan where the population apparently has not been very interested in this type of food is not very healthy, and where you can still see people doing outdoor activities where leave aside a sedentary lifestyle.

Considering that currently the society in their pursuit of progress has neglected the importance of physical activity resulting in an imbalance in consumption and energy expenditure, causing a buildup of fat in our body.

Well if you do not want to be part of the statistics of obesity or overweight, I recommend you start trying activarte exercising at least 3 times a week, and try to follow healthy eating advice that best suit you.

And of course you take an active life where not give rise to a sedentary lifestyle, and so we activate our metabolism to a healthy life.

We all know that exercise is beneficial metabolic and cardiovascularly, but surprisingly, scientists know very little about the influence of physical activity in the heart.

Now a new study published late last month of 2010 (Cell Press Publications), provides the first steps at the molecular level, amazing results that allow us to understand which is the direct relationship between exercise, obesity and heart.

The studies were conducted with laboratory times, suggesting that exercise activates a “genetic program” that makes the heart grow while muscle cells are split. Apparently, this change is due to a gene that controls other genes. This gene is known by its acronym in English as “C / EBPB” and is known for the importance it plays in other parts of the body, but the amazing thing is that this is the first time found evidence of its influence on the heart .

The results found during this investigation will be of great benefit for obese people, especially those who because of their condition have difficulty performing cardiovascular activities like running on the treadmill, jogging, or working on the elliptical for example.

But – as any criticism, it would be a comprehensive study but had urged a alternative to the problem. In this case, to continue studying how this gene works, they might find ways to optimize training regimes and thus accommodate the overweight patients.

With these studies, researchers could help improve the condition of the heart in overweight people, remember that it has been shown that obesity can double the risk of developing what is known as heart failure.

Relationship: Asthma & Obesity

Another problem that attracts worldwide attention is asthma, which like obesity has become an epidemic over, especially in North America and Africa.

The most curious in the rates which show the epidemic is growing, is that next to it is also a similar increase in obesity rates.

A new study presented at the American College of Allergy (Phoenix), found that obese adults were at greater risk of asthma, much more than an adult with normal weight.

The author of this study is the allergist, Sara Fitzpatrick. In its publication highlights two points really interesting as curious:

1 – suffer from asthma increases the likelihood of using health services in obese people by 33%. Obese people with asthma, five times your chances of admission to the hospital for this problem, and five times more likely to experience poor quality of life compared with a person of normal weight.
2 – People of African descent have a much higher prevalence (20%) than Caucasians.

How does a person with asthma to obesity?

This is summarized as follows:

- Reduced lung function.
- Increased inflammation.

On the other hand, there is also evidence that obesity increases the risk of asthma in adulthood, or if you already have it, then it could dangerously increase their influence on the body.

In some universities in England are also doing studies that have shown the explicit relationship between asthma and obesity. Apparently, the only recommendation from the experts is to keep the ideal weight, that in proportion to your age and height (BMI).

Some time ago I have watched the ECOBOL in various supermarkets and shopping centers because of its price I decided never to try it, but now after seeing this analysis carried out by the OCU have left me very clear …
The ball ECOBOL or washing, which is sold under different brands (Irisana, ECOBOL, Biowashball, Okoball, Interfibra, Zeo Wash, Well &.) Promises efficient washing without using detergent. Our tests have shown that washing their results are very similar to those obtained by washing with water only.
We have analyzed the Irisana ECOBOL IR20, the most sold in Spain. Tests under the same cleaning performance as the rest of detergents with the same wash program in the same machine.
We wanted to see whether it really can replace the detergent. The truth is that it is not:

Washing at 30 ° C, the detergent efficacy results are much better in general.
Vegetable stains and grease are best removed by washing only with ECOBOL (though? Out? Much better with detergent).
On the other hand, our Italian colleagues tested BIOWASHBALL Altroconsumo at 40 ° C, compared with a detergent powder and washing with water alone: the results using the ECOBOL were identical to those obtained without adding anything to the machine.
Also, if the ECOBOL opened during washing, releasing ceramics inside could cause a breakdown in the machine.

Use this product is virtually the same as washing with water only.
Another supposed advantage of the economy ECOBOL is achieved by not having to buy detergent. But do not forget that it is not free, it can cost a ECOBOL between 20 and 60 euros (39.5 euros Irisana costs) and its half-life of 3 years.

The use of sunglasses prevents eye conjunctivitis and other ailments.

Heat, chemicals in the pool water and sea salt, tend to be behind many cases of irritant conjunctivitis, viral or bacterial infections typical of those dates. Red, itching, burning, light sensitivity, foreign body sensation and tearing are some common symptoms that warn of the presence of conjunctivitis.

to avoid the CNOO advises health precautions, especially in contact lens wearers, people with allergies or who suffer from dry eye and children, who spend more time in the water and dive with your eyes open.

Users of contact lenses are one of the groups most at risk of eye infection in pools. The CNOO notes that should bathe with caution with contact lenses, both in the pool and the sea. To prevent irritation and infections in the eye, it is best to use for swimming and snorkeling goggles over contact lenses and avoid eye contact with the water. These measures must be added the use of sunglasses to prevent irritation by ultraviolet radiation and not sharing towels in order to reduce the spread of infection.

This has taken place in the IV National Congress of Homeopathy, organized by the Homeopathic Medical Academy Barcelona.

Used by over 30% of the population of approximately 10,000 physicians prescribed all over Spain; homeopathy is a therapy now booming.

The Medical Association (WTO) and the Congress of Deputies, recognized this therapy a few months ago as a medical act. This is the first step for the regulation of homeopathy as a health activity.

Even so, Dr. Assumpta Mestre said that “we should try that homeopathy is integrated into the healthcare background and that this therapy is recognized as a medical subspecialty.”

For its part, the homeopathic physician and president of the European Com-mittee for Homeopathy (ECH) Dr. Ton Nicolai, said that “governments are becoming increasingly aware of the economic benefits of homeopathy.”
